Is this you?
You have taken two or more classes with me. You value the skills you have learned and consistently attempt to integrate them into daily life. You are ready for the next level of learning and integration.
You are ready to work at a subtle level of personal healing and transformation in collaboration with other individuals who are bringing shared values and intentions. You know this means entering a safe space of shared vulnerability.
You are ready to make this series a priority, by arriving on time and not missing more than two classes.
What is it all about?
The focus of this class will be practicing and integrating three relationship competencies in Mindful Compassionate Dialogue (MCD): 1) Needs Based Negotiation 2) Emotional Security 3) Healthy Differentiation
You have been cultivating these competencies and still find that you cannot access them as often as you like or live them as a consciousness. In this course, you will work with the subtle obstacles and supports that help these competences become your natural way of relating to yourself and others.
In learning and practice, you will draw on what you have learned thus far in other classes and also investigate and cultivate the nine foundational practices. Working with these foundational practices will help you identify obstacles and the way through them.
My hope is that at the end of this course you will find a new level of confidence that you can access these relationship competencies more consistently and when you need them most.
What to expect:
This class will be a smaller group of about fourteen students. Many of the students may know each other from previous classes.
Learning and practice will occur through experiential exercises, individual coaching, paired or small group work, and healing experiences in the whole group.
